TCN provides Out of Hours dental advice to patients living in the Suffolk area from 6.30pm to 8am, seven days a week.

To gain access to this service, patients must telephone their own dental surgery and listen to the full message on the telephone answering machine or call NHS Direct 0845 46 47 to obtain the TCN emergency dental telephone number.

In addition, on Saturdays and Sundays, TCN provides emergency dental treatment to patients who have contacted TCN and discussed their condition with one of our clinicians.  Patients will then be offered an appointment if the clinician believes that emergency treatment is required before the patient's own dental surgery re-opens.

Dental treatment is carried out in our specially-equipped vehicle at locations in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich.

This service is provided on an appointment-only basis and this is not a walk-in service.

Charges may apply for dental treatment and patients will be advised accordingly.
