TCN staff

TCN works in compliance with employment standards within 'Better Standards for Health Care' and has a strong philosophy on training, professional development and service improvement.

TCN has a philosophy of working with its PCTs on training and development to ensure that the unique environment of unscheduled care services offer training and workforce development opportunities across a locality.

This approach has lead to the development of:

  • An Urgent Care Course collaboration with Suffolk College. This course is designed to provide professional education for clinicians working within unscheduled care
  • Provision of ongoing training and support to Social Care and Intermediate Care providers
  • Accreditation from Suffolk County Council in recognition of the partnership between TCN Call Centre staff and the Emergency Duty Social Work Team
  • TCN being an accredited organisation for training of GP registrars.
