David Cocks
Chief Executive
David is Chief Executive of TCN. Prior to TCN, David joined Suffolk Doctors on Call Ltd in 1996, which he successfully developed into the fourth largest GP Co-op in the UK. In response to changes to the GP contract, TCN was formed as an independent provider of care services, and David was appointed Chief Executive.

 
Penny Flack
Director of Business Development
Penny brings more than 10 years' experience in Primary Care Management to TCN. Penny's role as Director of Business Development is to augment both existing and new contracts, particularly in unscheduled care, but also in other Primary Care areas requiring partnership with independent providers.

 
Zoë Horne
Operations Manager
Zoë has served as Operations Manager for TCN for over 10 years. Her principal responsibility is to manage and ensure the smooth delivery of TCN's OOH service.

 
Mike Zebedee
Contracts Finance Manager
Mike joined TCN as Contracts Finance Manager in 2004 and is responsible for the provision of a smooth and cost effective financial and business overview for our contract management.

 
Paul Rowland
Chief Accountant
Paul is an FCCA qualified Accountant with a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. At TCN, Paul heads a team of two Senior Accountants and one Accounts Assistant.

Sally Gardner RGN, DipHe, BSc (Hons), MSc
Clinical Services Development Lead
Sally is responsible for the clinical, managerial and developmental aspects of urgent care at TCN. She is a strong leader with a clear focus on the benefits of both forming partnerships and cross boundary working to facilitate delivery of efficient care. Sally ensures that an innovative, efficient and a refreshingly different approach to urgent care delivery is developed and maintained.

IT Strategy Consultant
David Berry's broad experience of ICT platforms and business processes underpins the design, flexibility, development and delivery of TCN's services and provides a solid base for any eventuality.

 
Jan Thomas
Control Room Manager
Jan heads the Training Team at TCN and brings extensive training experience to the team. She gives guidance and support to the TCN Training Team, ensuring cohesive and smooth CPD is achieved by each member of staff.
